2. Payments

All services must be prepaid in full at the time of booking or drop-off. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments. Service fees may vary based on item condition, size, and requested repair complexity.

3. Custom Work Disclaimer

Leather cleaning and repair are highly customized services. Variations in results may occur due to the natural properties and age of leather. We do not guarantee restoration to a H6gYRfl5I7-new appearance but strive for the highest standard of craftsmanship.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet begun. If work has started, cancellations are no longer permitted due to the labor-intensive nature of the service.

5. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for completed cleaning or repair services unless one of the following applies:

  • The item was damaged due to our negligence during the cleaning or repair process.
  • The delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon in writing.
  • The item was lost in our care (in which case insurance may apply).
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the item, with photographic evidence when applicable.

6. Return Shipping

For mail-in orders, the customer covers initial shipping. In case of an approved return or issue, Boot Barn Service will cover the cost of return shipping using a trackable method.
